Controller processes your personal data pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (a) of Regulation GDPR, or Sec. 13 (1) (e) of the Act – the personal data processing is necessary for the compliance with the tasks carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested to Controller and pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (c) of Regulation GDPR, or Sec.13 (1) (c) of the Act – the personal data processing is necessary for the compliance with legal obligations of Controller under specific legislation. It concerns mainly the following regulations:
- Act No. 245/2008 Coll. on education and training (the school act) and on amendments and supplements to certain acts as amended;
- Act No. 596/2003 Coll. on the state administration in the school system and self-government and on amendments and supplements to certain acts as amended;
- Act No. 317/2009 Coll. on teaching staff and vocational teaching employees and on amendments and supplements to certain acts as amended;
- Act No. 597/2003 Coll. on funding of primary and secondary schools and school facilities;
- Act No. 61/2015 Coll. on vocational education and training and on amendments and supplements to certain acts as amended.
